I've banked here for 40 years. I've been in there 10 times to close an account after my husband passed. They say they've done stuff and I find out later they didn't do it. This has happened multiple times. They have made it so hard on me since my husband's passing. I truly wonder if they really know what they are doing. They have caused me so many problems. I would have never believed it being with them so long. Please go to another bank. AGCU will just disappoint.
