Place is a joke and has continued to go down hill. Walked in today at 4:28pm they close at 6. Asked some guy at the counter if they could mount some atv tires up for me that I had in the bed of my truck. Guy said no they couldn’t do it today because they had “ 3 workers”. Mind you the parking lot was empty with one car in a bay and well more than “3 workers. Said that’s fine and left. $60 service cost me another $100 in repairs, due to poor workmanship. I dropped off my vehicle to have the brakes and rotors replaced. When I picked it up, I was missing a center hub cap on one tire. After 2 weeks of calling the store, they finally told me that they couldn't get the part and that I would need to order it and bring a receipt for them to compensate me for my loss. While installing the center hub cap. I realized the store cross threaded a lug nut onto the stud, causing the stud to strip.
Had a nail in my tire. Tires are under warranty so I came in Thursday afternoon they said about an hour wait. Told them to go ahead and do an oil change and rotate tires. 3 hours later finally working on my jeep. 5 people walked in got service and left before me not appointments.... ridiculous.
Been going here for years and won’t be back! Set an appointment up on Friday to have my tires rotated and balanced. And to patch any plugs if possible. The lady said it would be done Friday. Well it wasn’t even looked at. The lady didn’t put the paperwork where the mechanics pick up their work orders. She also got hateful with my wife. So, Saturday I was called to pick it up.
