Had a nail in my tire. Tires are under warranty so I came in Thursday afternoon they said about an hour wait. Told them to go ahead and do an oil change and rotate tires. 3 hours later finally working on my jeep. 5 people walked in got service and left before me not appointments.... ridiculous.
Been going here for years and won’t be back! Set an appointment up on Friday to have my tires rotated and balanced. And to patch any plugs if possible. The lady said it would be done Friday. Well it wasn’t even looked at. The lady didn’t put the paperwork where the mechanics pick up their work orders. She also got hateful with my wife. So, Saturday I was called to pick it up. Is it possible to give a negative star review?!? My husband called Thursday to set up an appointment for our truck to have the tires rotated AND balanced, also asked to check tires for patches they could fix, he also made sure that it would be taken care of the same day as EVERY SITE NGLE TIME I’ve had to deal with Tire Pros I’ve had to sit down there for hours on end. Lazy slow working tire changers. Two plus hours waiting to get two tractor tires changed. After they told me it would be 1-2 hours they haven’t even started yet. Not with the wait. Better options. Also did a poor balance job previously.
This staff went above and beyond to help me. They drove my husband to another company to get a tire they were out of stock of and put it on for a fair price. 10 out of 10!
