I'm never the one to complain but I hope you have time to kill and don't waste your time calling as no one answers. And if someone does answer they tell you to just walk around the building and look for someone. What a joke. I've asked 7 different fork lift operators to have my 4 measley pallets unloaded and one just points to another, so on and so forth. I've now been here for an hour looking for someone and suddenly everyone scattered... Best of wishes to all the truckers! Negative stars if I could give any.
Driver arrived at the PU at 6 PM and his app. was at 3 PM, he got the dock right away and got loaded 30 minutes. maybe he was lucky but good place to be if it's not crowded with trucks
