I started my training with Alan Gardier about 4 Months ago since then I made a huge improvemet in my strength, endurance and bodyform with every lesson. I started with 1:1 or 1:2 lessons and I will continue my training with his 6 week Programm. The lessons were tailored to me and we worked at my weaknesses as well. I enjoyed doing some stuff which is particularly fun for me.
