I had three cracks in my window and he fixed them all. Jamal Elsafi was very courteous and professional. Excellent knowledge and understanding of what he was doing in contacting the insurance company and setting everything up. Made my job very easy. He also set it up for our second vehicle that needs a window replacement. I would definitely recommend.

Jamal was awesome! He fixed 3 cracks on my windshield while I waited! LOVE that AAFFES allowed them to set up on Barksdale AFB, making it super convenient for us to get the repairs done and done quickly!
Today my faith in customer service has been restored. I had my windows tinted by ACG on Wednesday. My wife noticed a small gap near the back window, so I took it back today (Thursday). While explaining the gap to Juan Vazquez, he quickly came out to my vehicle and asked me my availability to have it repaired with hesitation.
