Tee made the leasing process super easy. She coordinated all of the necessary virtual tours and answered all my questions. Mike on the maintenance team responded quickly and took care of every issue extremely well.

Don’t rent here, it’s a trap. The building has roaches, low water pressure, plumbing issues, hidden fees and dated appliances. There are roaches, need I say more? The shower drain smells like sewage periodically and maintenance says that’s normal. There is issues with the plumbing and management isn’t being forthcoming about it. My wife lives here and I pay a visit here from time to time. I just had to leave a review based on my and my wife's experience so far. Guess how much fine you'll get to pay if you are a day late in paying rent - it would be $500. I mean if that is the case, wouldn't you actually want your tenants to be late rather than on time? I was there visiting a friend and Ms.Tee made me feel welcomed. Her personality was very inviting and very convincing why I should move and live there. She showed me around and really liked how this place has coffee amd a gym and pool too. Ms. Tee has excelente customer sales service. She answered every question I had.
