I had a patient today that tell me the most wonderful story about what she saw from one of the employees of Agate Asphalt during her visit with our office. Back story. It has now been a week since Agate Asphalt did my driveway. Their entire team are absolute professionals and the beginning to end process was literally 5 days. Communication was amazing and they truly care about delivering quality results. John was our estimator and he clearly turned my vision into great layout. We were on their schedule for a $25k job (home driveway) for almost 2 months. My wife and I lined up busy work schedules so I could be off for the 2 day project. They called 3 days before the job and let us know they were bumping us to prioritize a larger commercial project - no new date, just a “we’ll find a new time later on”. John the estimator was nice and they were otherwise professional to work with, but it was clear we weren’t a priority.
