Came in few minutes late wouldn't see me went to a bone dr and was later than I was when went to her and they took me even though I was late and never answer phone have answering service should only have answering service when office is closed . Very upset
Would not recommend this facility. I called 90 minutes ahead to say I would be late to the appointment and asked if I should reschedule. I was assured that 10-20 minutes tardiness would be fine. I had no problem rescheduling mind you. Secretary at the office was smug and quite content with being so. Secretary mentioned that she was told by another coworker I would be late but didn’t think a call or text would be necessary to tell me I would not be seen regardless of being told so.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Agata. She is attentive, has an uncanny ability to remember details of her patients, and is so reasonable. She really does what her intro video says: she works with the patient. I have already recommended her to four people (they are happy with her too).
Best Doctor I've ever had!
