It's hard to get ahold of a live person when you need help..it takes to long for someone to return a call back also the return of my deposit has not been returned and it's been months...I'm very dissatisfied with my experience...

I have rented a storage from them. Twice now and it's been so convenient. The online is easy. And the people are very nice to deal with. I will rent a storage unit from them again in the future if i need one again. No problem.
