We rented a unit from them for a few years and they were always great to work with! If there were technical issues with the gate they were addressed quickly and anytime we had to reach out they were always quick to respond! The units were clean and they had pallets you could use to keep items off the floor. If we need another storage unit in the future we would absolutely go back to rent with them!
It's hard to get ahold of a live person when you need help..it takes to long for someone to return a call back also the return of my deposit has not been returned and it's been months...I'm very dissatisfied with my experience...
