I wouldn't ignore the other bad reviews. Just called for a simple quote, they took my information but never called me back.. Called other vet clinics and they had a lot of very important information that wasn't even mentioned here. Information that could possibly be the life or death to my puppy!! How can you trust your pet is properly taken care of if they can't even return a simple phone call?

I was blown away by the expert level of care, knowledge, and kindness shown from all of the staff at this small community vet hospital. They showed concern and made time to get my dog in right away and found the issue on the first test. They were open and honest and showed real care for my dogs well being and called to follow up on how he was doing

We've used this vet a few times as our previous trusted vet had become unavailable. Overall the staff and veterinarians seem caring and professional. However, the cost of the services here are excessive and if value for your money is important then do some comparison shopping. The flea treatment I can get for $187 at my old vet cost me $351!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. My mom had a euthanization for her dog scheduled and they cancelled at the last minute to cancel her appointment and did not help her find another vet to assist. My mom is having a hard enough time and did not need the extra stress from this vets inconsideration and lack of compassion. Thankfully Kent veterinary in Agassiz were able to assist with this loss.

have been going here for years and I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my pets care. they are professional and friendly
