I am a Canadian who was referred to by my Realtor to Get Agasi Tax to look after my Taxes in the US and work with my Accountant in Canada for the past 2 years (going into 3rd) Jimmy & Jessica and all the Staff have been fantastic to work with during this time! I used this company once in 2022 to file my taxes when I had some property losses to address. For 2023, they sent me a tax organizer that I did not respond to. After that, I never received any follow-up—no calls, no additional emails. I ended up filing my 2023 taxes with a different agency. Fast forward to October 29, 2024, and I received an invoice from this company for filing a tax return extension for 2023—a service I never authorized.
