I called Dr. Agarwal on a Monday because over the weekend,and several days before,I had low blood pressure.Last time I saw her my BP was high I WAS on 10 mg of Lisinopril.She put me on 40 mg.I called her office to inform her of this..TWICE..and no call back.I adjusted my medication myself ..20 mg and my BP is great.Pretty bad service I will be seeing her soon and I am going to discuss this with her.We will see what happens. Very disappointed in the care that my mom received at this doctors office, it feels like Doctor Dimple Agarwal couldn't care less about my mom's health. We have had multiple appointments with her, the first appointment was fantastic... we finally felt like we had found a doctor who actually listed and wanted to truly improve my mom's overall health. Dr. Agarwal is extremely knowledgable, calm, pleasant and caring, and seems genuinely interesting in improving my health and preventing bad conditions and diseases. It is reassuring to have her follow up on the progression of my issues, big and small. I highly recommend her as a physician.
Very professional. Office is very clean. Staff are nice.
