Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Yes, they made me feel like I wasn't a good parent Was this pediatrician friendly? I didn't feel very welcome

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes
