To top my birthday off i wanted a stress free ,self care day and this was it! Have not had a massage in a while and i was so scared to wake up sore the next day like i always do . I can truly say This was the best Massage i have had, i DID NOT get up sore i got up feeling refreshed! Renate listened to my concerns and Aced it!
