Used to be good but now when she does highlights she doesnt get anywhere near the scalp. Half inch from scalp. Found out at new stylist Teresa wasnt doing underneath hardly at all. Couldn't believe the amount of gossip about other clients too.
Avoid if you are getting highlights. You leave looking like highlights were done a month prior. When I asked Teresa about it, she claims she doesn't want bleeders. Interesting my new stylist has 0 issue with it. On top of that I learned she either does a terrible job underneath or skips it all together.
My hair looks fabulous. Teresa always does a great job!!
