Good doctors but the wait times are always crazy, expect to wait 30mins for your scheduled appointment . I rang up today and asked what time I should arrive if they’re behind and they told me to arrive on time yet I waited 30mins for my appointment anyway

Honestly, very poor effort by the doctors, I've been sitting here now for an hour being told "we are next" our doctor looked at us and walked off for his break when we were the only people in the waiting room. This isn't the first time coming here and it's pretty rude to not be consistent and punctual with your patients, and then not offer bulk billing. It's a doctors appointment, not a surgery, we don't need to be waiting an hour to MAYBE get a script. It should be bulk billed if we are made to wait more than 45 minutes for... read more
