I was a walk in after my baby cut his face and I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist Dimple and was helped thu the paper work for a new patient. She was warm and kind, after a stressful little accident. She advised me of the wait time to see the nurse and I wasn't waiting very long at all. WORST MEDICAL CENTRE EVER: One example - Waiting for tele appoitment that was late when I called the reception I was greeted by the rudest, uncaring person I have ever experienced within the health industry. I was told my appoinment could be anytime that day, after the walkins! But I had an email confirming an appoinment time. She told me I was told that at the booking and she remmembers saying that to me, I didnt even make the appoitment, my wife did. Good doctors but the wait times are always crazy, expect to wait 30mins for your scheduled appointment . I rang up today and asked what time I should arrive if they’re behind and they told me to arrive on time yet I waited 30mins for my appointment anyway
