Receptionist are plain rude, no care in the world. Can never get in on time, 45min + wait time added to your appointment. The lady doctor is an absolute joke, she’s too busy and on her own agenda. Very important key informations were left out and had to find out through another Clinic which is now too late to act on thanks to her. She’s very pushy and arrogant. Lovely and helpful reception staff and caring doctors. I have found Dr Pragash is always on time and really listens to you. Dr Mah is good for telehealth and they also bulk bill.
I have a health science degree so know a few things. I have to say my experiences have been exceptionally bad at this practice. The male doctor has no people skills whatsoever. He laughed at my young daughters very personal questions. Paperwork has been lost for another member of the family. And a general lack of knowledge. . The only reason I would come here is for a placebo effect because their is no healing here. I have never been happy with my experiences there.
Exceptional service - same day appointment, delightful admin and nursing staff, responsive doctor. I'm a happy patient.
