Crystal is absolutely amazing! I drive over an hour because she knows what she is doing. She is thorough and knowledgeable about how the body works together. I struggled with my wrist and arm for months, not being able to use it. I was about to get a cortisone shot to help it. After one visit with Crystal, it feels 85% better. I will be seeing her again soon to get myself back to 100%.
Had my first massage today by Crystal and it was like no other that I have had. She took her time explaining what she was doing and why. She didn’t rush to meet a time deadline. She’s focused on finding the problem areas, why they may be problems and how to repair it. I felt like a whole different person that just did a good thing for my body. I will be going back.
Oh my! Crystal is amazing! I get fairly regular massages and needed one last minute and Crystal had an opening for me. My traps are a mess and let me tell you I just wanted somebody to dig into them. She started doing some stretches and other things I didn’t think I really wanted but in a short 30 minute massage she had me feeling better than I have felt in months! I'm so thankful I found Crystal. The first time I went was for neck and shoulder pain , Crystal spent so much time working out all the tightness and knots, even in some areas I didn't even realize were tight. The second time I went was for sciatica pain and I have to tell you that she is the first massage therapist that relieved that pain without digging into the muscle creating even more pain.
