After 10 years, the quality went super down hill this year. Lots of companies are struggling to have workers, but given the inexperienced people Agape hired recently who are now just killing the grass and inappropriately pruning bushes it is not worth it staying with this company. And their irrigation company is equally struggling to maintain quality.
Decided not to use agape but that doesn’t stop me from giving them a good review. They were professional, on time and followed back up with quotes in a timely manner. Unfortunately the project I’m doing is complicated and therefore went with another company but hope to use agape in the future knowing they do good work and do right by the customer.
Victor, Daniel and the Agape team did a fantastic job. Hardscaping and landscaping turned out beautiful...and they also finished ahead of time and within budget. Victor was excellent to work with and very open to incorporating our ideas...he clearly loves his work. We highly recommend working with Agape.
4 months after my original review, I am reducing the number of stars. We continue to be pleased with Agape's weekly yard maintenance. However, we worked with them on a separate project to plant trees along our fence for privacy, and we are very unhappy with the outcome of that project. We told Sam that privacy was our priority, and he procured 14+ Arbor Vitaes. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. This is how they left my yard today when they were done. In the last few months service has become horrible.
