using Mr aldape for the first time or any lawyer for the first time was not a good experience for me he was rude to me a bother to me and he actually cussed at me one time in such a way that if I had a choice I would have gone to the bar and reported him respectfully. he was court appointed but he was difficult to commit to keeping a conversation for an appointment in other words he missed appointments
