I have now been sent to this clinic three times for the same skin issue, and none of these visits have resulted in proper treatment or resolution. Initially, I was incorrectly told that the issue did not exist, which delayed my treatment by over a year before it was later confirmed. I was then prescribed an expensive medication with multiple refills, but the instructions were unclear and no follow-up plan was discussed or scheduled.
