We have used Agape Electric each time we've needed an electrician for the past six years - little jobs and big. We have found Jacob to be entirely trustworthy and I have a great deal of confidence in his ability and integrity.
BEWARE!!!!! They were listed on the permit for the city of Carrollton as the electricians for our new addition with the hiring contractors being AB remodeling out of Plano (BEWARE of this contractor-Joel Weimer-unprofessional, no communication, trying to scam us out of money, very crooked at the end of the project). We have had numerous issues with electrical since. We have had to hire a professional electrician to fix issues they created (I.e. connecting 14 gauge wires to a 20 amp breaker, creating a fire hazard and breaker... read more
Jacob is very thorough and explainsthe problem was. Extremley knowledgable and pleasant. I will use him again whenever I need electrical work again. He has done work on my home and my daughter's home. Top notch electrician.
Agape Electric does not warrant their work in any way. They installed 2 lights and switches, and neither works properly. C. Jacob DeLuna, owner, will not return a call or message, and therefore, will not warrant the work!
They came to fix an outlet and was a little rude. The same outlet went out a few months later. This time, they sent two guys that didn't speak English well. I asked them why the same outlet went out again trying to get to a root cause rather than simply fixing the symptom. They said they would have the owner/manager call. While I was waiting for the call, assuming the manager would call to serve as an interpreter so we could figure out the actual cause, the workers just left.
