Dr. Sarah Cordonnier has been a blessing to both my wife and I as we work out stress and anxiety in our individual lives and in our marriage. My wife and I are closer than ever before and able to manage potential conflicts with excellent tools and strategies. She has also coached me through the challenges of owning a small business. My kids have worked with Dr Sarah and have seen more improvement than they did with other therapists, spanning years. Sarah is very results focused and has a great deal of clinical knowledgeable, is understanding, and great with younger children. My kids deal with ADHD, autism, trauma, OCD and LGBTQIA+ issues and there’s been no judgment. She has a booked schedule and expects you to do your part, too, to be the most effective. I went through decades of counseling when I was younger for family trauma, and to be honest did not have any real lasting effect or tools to take with me into my adult life.
