Dr Sarah is very results focused. Knowledgeable, understanding, no judgment-but expects you to do your part, too, to be the most effective. This isn’t typical talk therapy. She is extremely skilled with breaking down mis/communication with couples, while dealing with the effects of trauma to the individuals. Highly recommend, worth every penny. Cheaper than a divorce!
I have been seeing Dr. Sarah for almost 6 years. She is very educated, insightful, personable and pushes you to question the whys and work on yourself. She is very dedicated to your growth, well-being and overall quality of life. I highly recommend her and any of her staff!
