Called to schedule a patient discharging from the hospital to establish follow up counseling which is what this organization claims to be all about, and Christan KEN said "I don't think so" then hung up on me. A colleague called and he told her similar and said "Was this person in a psych hospital?" to which she replied "Yes" and he then said "That's above our pay grade" . Thanks for being a good Christian, Ken. You should be ashamed of yourself, Sir.
