I did not have a pleasant experience here. I came here 12/1 to downsize a lobe piercing to a hoop. The staff member who was supposed to do it got injured and so they told me Corey would be doing it instead. They apologized to me 5 times about it. It was an understandable situation that I was not bothered by. So I felt the excessive apologies were too much. Corey was so talkative that I felt like I couldn’t get a word in. Amazing customer service and so knowledgeable! I have been to Agape several times and they never disappoint! I love my piercings!!
Extremely professional and very welcoming. Madeline explained everything really well and in depth and she made me feel a lot better with my nerves. Will definitely get all my piercings by them from now on!
