We needed a clean out drain added to our septic system. We googled plumbers who could do this and from the landed in Agan Plumbing. What's not to like? The quote they provided me was super accurate ( with in $3.00) and they arrived when they said they would. Never called me back so I wouldn't know. 3 days later, I got someone else. No big deal.
I am so impressed with this company. I just don't have experiences like this anymore with contractors. They quickly got me an appointment and told me up front how much it would cost. Matt called me the day before to confirm what time he was coming and he was on time. He checked in when he arrived via phone to make sure he was in the right spot.
