A complete waste of time and effort dealing with this place. I spoke to someone called "Al", and appreciated the info he was able to provide. I brought the car to the shop for Al to get a quick look at it, to see what would need to be done, and was told he'd call me later that day with part pricing, and a plan to start the work. Never heard from the guy again. Do not waste your time here. Take your business elsewhere!
Al handles business very professionally. He delivered on the date agreed upon and his communication with his customers regarding progress of repairs was exceptional! I highly recommend this company!
This is a company that definitely lives up to their name. A1 is definitely A1. The owner is very understanding very transparent. Explain the process from beginning to end and my car was clean and smelling good when I picked it up. My car was wrecked, and I thought there was no coming back. But my car looked just like it looked from the day. I bought it when I picked it up. Thank you, A1. I will refer all my friends and family.!
I was very pleased with my experience here! The waiting area was very clean and I was offered a healthy drink option upon arrival. My service was fast and professional. The paint job was an exact match and they were not overly priced!
