Meter works fine, but there is advertising on the product packaging and the website about how wonderful their app is, how you can sync with your meter, and track your personal data with ease! Yeah, no. The app ONLY works with the NEW Jazz meter! You shouldn't be able to boast the greatness of the app, ON THE FREAKING BOX, if it only works on one meter. Jerks.

Sorry to hear of your frustration. The app supports manual entry (for any meter) but Bluetooth syncing just works with the Jazz Wireless 2 Meter. Please call our Customer Service at 1 866 906 4197 so we can discuss options to get you a wireless meter to try out.

Have always been pleased with their meters - great accuracy at a fantastic price point on strips. Had to call them yesterday and their customer service was even better than their meters!
