Called him up, asked him to add a battery to my motorglider that's on the field (I'm remote). Basically told me he couldn't be bothered, then lied (found out 2nd hand) that he didn't know how to work on this model motorglider. I guess that happens when you're the only FBO on the field. Extra credit for having a broken web link. :-(
