This place is amazing.. I am now hooked on boxing. I love their 35 minute boxing classes where we move across 7 stations and finish off with a sparring session in the ring with the instructor. Chris is a great instructor with infectious enthusiasm.
Boxing HIIT class was fun + killer workout. Chris makes everyone feel welcome, even a boxing newb like me. Left drenched & looking forward to my next time!
Brought my kids to learn self defense and we are in love with all the trainers, they make us feel like family, great gym and great teachers
I always get a great work out here! I enjoy training with Maureen she’s the best! Chris is also awesome and very accommodating! The whole team there is knowledgeable in what they do. Great environment to learn the correct form in boxing, to train hard, and hit fitness goals.
Absolutely AMAZING! Had a self defense session with Buddy today, and I walked away feeling more confident in my ability to protect myself and those around me. Buddy's teaching style is incredibly effective, and he pushed me outside my comfort zone. DEFINITELY coming back for more! I'm recommending his training to all the women and teen girls in my life. Thanks Buddy!
