Ordered a kennel in August 2018 (paid in full). We were told we would receive the kennel at the end of October 2018. Last we heard from him, he was going to have the kennel delivered by Thanksgiving. It’s almost New Years and we still don’t have a kennel and he has not provided any updated information. We will be filing a civil suit in a couple of weeks and will handle this in court. DO NOT BUY! SCAM!!!!! I ordered a double dog crate on Etsy from this company on 8/27/18- their description said it would be 8wks to ship, I was then messaged that the were backed up and lead time would be 12wks. I decided to wait bc I really like the crate and hoped it would be worth the wait! I had high hopes for my kennels, I really did. CG’s post came up a month ago and this helped me determine the route I was hesitant to take. I learned from this review. I did not want to wait another 13 weeks for a damaged kennel. I placed my order August 11th of this year. It was 12 weeks exactly when I was trying to contact the shop. Edit: I am absolutely in love with this piece. It is sturdy and wonderful, and very well put together. Too bad my buying experience was terrible. My dogs love it! ******Ordered on 4/16. Delivered on 9/25 (25 weeks). Was told 10-12 weeks turnaround time. No discount, no apology. The product is beautiful, and hopefully will line up and flatten out once taken off the shipping crate as the lid is crooked, and the right side door is uneven and impossible to open and close the latches.
