Very disappointing customer service on faulty bars
Strange customer service on faulty goods
Mixed bag really. Ordered a rack, bar, plates & collars back in December after being told safety bars would be in stock 'in the new year'. Communication was good prior and rack is good quality. I made the purchase on the understanding spotters would be available in a couple of months. After waiting 4 months I emailed them and was given platitudes about the safety spotters had 'just gone out of stock' err, by this point it had been about 5 months with no stock. Firstly, I cannot speak about the quality of their products. What I can say is that I had a pretty disappointing experience anyway. AF marketed a 15% discount code on Instagram, which I followed and, after a significant amount of research, decided to go for and order one of their barbells and some weights. Both were (apparently) already reduced. Of course, I did not go through their terms and conditions at that point to check if the code worked for already discounted products.
