Avoid Faster Again (more like Slower Never)!!! Like many other reviews your order never comes. Delays after delays. No updates unless you chase them. 5 months for a simple bench & still nothing. Refund process also took months. Emails & phone calls not returned. So much wasted time & energy. Avoid at all cost or you will regret it. Ended up buying elsewhere at Gym Direct & delivered the next day.

Incredibly disappointing. I have used Again Faster in the past for small orders for my home gym and had zero issues until now. I placed an order in June 2024 (admittedly, yes it was a back order) that took over 12 months to fulfil. The communication with their customer service advisor is appalling. There was zero explanation or sympathy for the delay, I was simply told it would arrive next month, every month, for a year. I cancelled my order and was offered a refund, which again, never arrived. Do Not Buy From Again Faster I strongly advise against purchasing from Again Faster. They do not deserve your business. We purchased 19 of their Team Barbells, and within just six months—less for some—they deteriorated and now look absolutely awful. We’re left with 19 barbells in terrible condition, and the quality is completely unacceptable (see photo). Will not order from again. Chose courier option but company decided to use Sendle instead without notifying me. Estimated delivery is 13-21 days from time of order. Was told I would receive an account credit of $30 as a “gesture of goodwill”. Where exactly is the goodwill here? The difference between courier and sendle was $34 not $30. Then that I would need to log into account and request a refund? How hard is it to process a refund when you haven’t actually used a courier?

Don’t go near this company. I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Again Faster. After placing an order for a turf track, I endured a ridiculous 5-month wait with absolutely poor communication from their team throughout this time unless I called them.
