AGA Fencing installed some new pool fencing for us in Smithfield, after we retiled the area around our pool. They did a superb job - absolutely faultless. Very happy customer - thanks again.
Provided 14 days notice on a listed job with confirmation the week before. Was told would receive a text following week the day before works would be carried out. No messages received, attempted to follow up during week but no one taking calls. Attended the office, informed a couple of labourers on site about the issue - they phoned their boss, was told I would receive a call shortly to sort situation. As soon as the fence was installed the door stopped closing automatically. I immediately called to have it repaired, but they seemed busy and left me alone for a long time. When they finally came, they said it had been a long time and it was due to the artificial turf. I was so fed up with the situation that I asked someone else to fix it. Recently had a pool fence supplied and perfectly installed by AGA including their ideas and suggestions made the look and flow way better than what I had initially in mind, very happy with the end result, thank you guys!
Had Drew and his experienced and hard working guys put a long and potentially difficult glass pool fence in for us a year or two ago and I can't believe it took me this long to write a review. Drews knowledge was spot on for saving us some money and it looks and functions PERFECTLY. We couldn't be happier.
