I called them up from Washington to see if they could help my aging father-in-law with a leaky tire. My sister-in-law went with him and said they were super friendly and fixed a wheel with a rusty bead quickly and for a great price. Amazing customer service. Thank you for being genuinely nice and thoughtful.
I scheduled an appointment with this shop, and my wife left work to drop off the car, only to be told that the mechanic didn’t show up that day. There was no prior notice, no effort to make up for the inconvenience, and just a request to reschedule. Very unprofessional, it would have been helpful to receive a call so my wife didnt have to take time off.
I've been doing business with these guys for a long time, and they've always treated me and my farm more than fair. From Semi Trucks, to tractors, to cars, and everything in between, these guys have always been amazing to me. Would highly recommend for all your wheel and tire needs, of all makes and sizes!
