Friendly people, knowledgeable. I work for Helena Agri llc. Gooding Idaho. They sell and service, and have great parts.
We purchased a sprayer from Heartland Ag and had to drive 3 hours to pick it up. The sales person we were dealing with was not good with his communication and failed to have a piece ordered and waiting for us. We were promised they would ship it to us. What they didn't include in that promise is that they'd do it when they saw fit. We are now sitting with an incomplete piece of equipment and staff that is less than helpful.
