Great team! Kind and quick. Nice doctor and he was gentle with my mommy so all good by me😊
Really disappointing experience. The visit felt very disorganized from start to finish. I had to prompt the provider multiple times for parts of the testing process that should be routine, and at one point was told something wasn’t necessary that didn’t align with the type of testing I requested. There were also professionalism concerns. During my blood draw, the tubing was resting on my lap, and parts of my care were discussed in the hallway until I asked to move to a private room.
