100% upcharge on materials is not acceptable. They worked and solved 3 other things in my apartment, but the upcharge on replacement parts feels like an insult.
Great experience with them! Had David come out and take a look at some lighting issues and he fixed it within 2 minutes as well as educated me on the issue! Great customer service and super nice people!
