Have had my Z425 John Deere in for repairs twice in the past few months. The workmanship appears to be done fairly well, and the mower seems to be operating okay. I have mechanical ability and could have done both repairs myself, but due to my plate being full, I took it to Tellus. Cost of both repairs was absolutely outrageous, to say the least. No more John Deere equipment here in the future. You can take that to the bank.
In September I rolled my JD 3083E Tractor on a steep hill. The seatbelt and rollbar saved my life--I have no doubt. I walked away with only a slightly injured shoulder but the tractor had major damage. The bucket took the brunt of the impact and bent nearly in half around a tree as the tractor tipped over, and the engine got knocked around quite a bit. Best place to get engine oil
My father in-law went in to get a tractor and said no one tried to help him or even acknowledge that he was there.. this will be the last time he will ever go there ..he ended up buying one somewhere else cash ..I will spread the word how horrible this place is and make sure none of my family or friends go ..thanks to your sales reps ..God bless
