Their customer service is off the chain. When you call it doesn’t matter who you talk too they’re happy to help ya with anything and everything. JASON IS THE MAN! Incredible sales service and follow up. I long distance bought a 4052R from him through Facebook and it couldn’t have been smoother if it was local. Professional and a good man. The dealership is lucky to have him.
I would never ever by Green Tractor from John Deere tractor and mainly Ag-Pro I literally called a month ago and said the fuel sending unit and gauge cluster is messed up can you fix it and they said no problem we pulled it from North Carolina to Georgia to bring it to Ag-Pro and Gainesville Georgia and miraculously it's literally three days out of warranty and they're not going to do anything to help what a piece of s*** Ag-Pro and John Deere are

Our service team did offer to work with you on the labor rate since the warranty had just ended and tried to connect you with an Ag-Pro location closer to you. Just had to have my tractor serviced. I work out of town so getting it to them was going to be a hassle. Have them a call they came to the house picked it up done a complete service and delivered it back to the house. Great service kept in the loop during the whole process.
