William has been patient with us for a couple of months while we were waiting on the closing of our new house! He made the process so smooth and easy. Did everything over the phone and drove to Anderson yesterday to pick it up! My 3 year old son had a blast at their store. Thank you, William for all of your help! The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Been to a lot of John Deere dealerships over the years and the guys at Anderson Ag-Pro are at the top of my list.
Horrible service my grand dad bought a stihl chainsaw from them which came with a 2 year warrenty on it the second day we had it it would not stay running took it back to ag pro where it was bought just to have it checked out note we did not approve of any work being done they took it upon themselves to adjust the carb on it then charged him 20 dollars and it’s still not fixed still cuts off while trying to use it and now won’t even start and they never once’s tried fixing it on warrenty the couple times he took it back to h... read more
