Beware of this business. They try to get over on ya for service and then are hateful and rude. They all need some training or better yet close the store!! John Deere should be ashamed to have their equipment represented by this company. No customer service and quite frankly they sc as m you out of money!!
This seems to be a non reputable place of business, salesperson Cole told me one thing and then talked to another salesperson and it was something else. Why lie about the equipment or price? I will taking my hard earned money somewhere else.
The management here is ridiculous and rude!! I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with Chris Fowler, he is hateful and dishonest. Then his boss was no help. They must approve of this type of ignorance and unprofessionalism. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere and getting service at another business!!
I was in the store in Waycross and a gentleman came from the back started screaming at another gentleman in one of the front desk. This was so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Why is this man, Chris, working where he interacts with people??? This is absolutely disgusting behavior and this has made me where I will not be back to Ag Pro!! Hire people that have respect for others and not embarrass and scream at others...very disturbing!
