10/10 service. Saw a mulching head online when I was out of town made a phone call and put a deposit down. We dealt with Jared and Cody out of the lake city store. Super great guys did everything they said and more. Easy to deal with and treat you like family. The industry is filled with just hourly workers that just like the check at the end of the week. I've been a loyal customer for several years. I've bought a nice $600 dollar saw at full retail. Also I had my tractor repaired there several times. I've always found their service good, but expensive. Since they assembled my little tractor at Lowes, I've always been loyal. When cutting my parents yard, the cable holding the deck up snapped. Took my mower in May 2025 for service. Called many many times told parts on order or they are working on it. Got mower back mid July 2025. Home for one day started smoking. Went back to dealer they claimed someone sabotage the mower. Mower then remained in shop mid July until September 22 2025. Delivered to farm worked for 20 minutes. Mower picked up next day.
