My mother had her garden tractor hauled to Ag-Pro in St clairsville, because there was black soot. We paid them to haul it there and back. The guy called her and said he spent "45 minutes looking it over and cleaning it", and that it was just some grass by the air filter. I went over to check it out after it was back and noticed that one side of the mower deck was touching the ground. I figured out there was a bolt broken. It was the lifter arm bolt. Customer service is terrible! Called them about a part for my mower and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. Then somebody else finally answered and said not much I can do but I will take your name and number and we will call you back “ never did get a call back”Had to travel twice as far from my house to get parts for my John Deere mower. Thanks to Lowe’s I got my parts

Called about my tractor not running properly no power, ag pro in St. Clairsville said no problem we will pick it up in one day, I said great. Called 4 days later and they said they hadn’t looked at it yet probably early next week, okay. Called after 10 days and was then told that they are 4 weeks behind, I was never told this until now, so now I am scrambling to get grass cut somehow, also why so fast in picking it up if your not working on it for 4 weeks?
