Polite professional knowledgeable
Absolutely unprofessional. Dont call here to get information on an attachment your spouse purchased in the past. Very rude. He acted like he could not service me because he didnt know me personally. Called the St. Augustine location and he went above and beyond to find the information i was looking for. Recommend a different location if you need information and professionalism.
FYI- I update this review to keep it current because i was so disappointed ... I wish I could give NO STARS to these rip off artist at John Deere. . . They held my mower hostage for almost two months for very minor repairs during the summer months. . . Then they miss routed and binded the choke & throttle cables, this should have been a simple 101 in mechanical tasks. . . Unusually slow service and extremely OVERPRICED. After we picked up our SCAG mower, an Ag Pro service Rep. called and asked to remove this rating? NO WAY! ... read more
