Disappointed and disgusted in the service since the new ownership. They no longer keep parts in stock and that sucks when you’re trying to finish making hay before the rains. Just spent 40k on a new piece of equipment last year and had a part brake and they would not honer my warranty. I will take my business els ware from now on.
Delivered a JD tractor. They have a dock to unload step or flat trailers at. The first guy I talked to wasn't helpful. The next was good. He checked the equipment and unloaded it for me.
