Not the happiest. I hope I don’t need to take my compact into Ottawa again. I took it in for a leak in the rear. Initially they said bring it in and we will look at it today. After having it for a week I was told they would just start it and nothing leaked. I asked the guy who was at the desk if they drove it around at all because I told them that is when I noticed it. Disappointed and disgusted in the service since the new ownership. They no longer keep parts in stock and that sucks when you’re trying to finish making hay before the rains. Just spent 40k on a new piece of equipment last year and had a part brake and they would not honer my warranty. I will take my business els ware from now on.
Delivered a JD tractor. They have a dock to unload step or flat trailers at. The first guy I talked to wasn't helpful. The next was good. He checked the equipment and unloaded it for me.
