Full service John Deere shop.
I purchased a mower belt that I was able to secure through a phone call. They had 3, but I didn't want to risk missing out. I was greeted and directed to where I could pick it up from one friendly employee and assisted with finalizing the purchase from another friendly employee. I also would like to thank Tony Schroeder for his suggestion of calling ahead. Hopefully this belt lasts longer than the one we bought last yr from another JD operation in Columbus area.
Staff is awesome
The guys in parts were awesome. Walked in and they joked around and laughed. Looked to be happy to be there even though it was a saturday.
Not the happiest. I hope I don’t need to take my compact into Ottawa again. I took it in for a leak in the rear. Initially they said bring it in and we will look at it today. After having it for a week I was told they would just start it and nothing leaked. I asked the guy who was at the desk if they drove it around at all because I told them that is when I noticed it.
