Easy to do business with! We were hesitant to put a lot of money into a mower but after using it and experiencing the service, it is worth every penny! Great mower! Davy and Adam went above and beyond on the service aspect! Keep up the great work! 👍
Great service
The service department is less than stellar. Initially, in early January 2025, the tractor went in for service on a recall. They had the tractor for over a month because there was a back order on a 3rd function my husband wanted installed. No one at Agpro made an effort to inform him of the delay.After finally getting the tractor back it started throwing an usual code. My dad purchased a John Deere 4052 tractor July, 2024 from AgPro in Macon. He purchased the tractor brand new and currently has 91 hours. His initial experience, particularly with Alex Martin, was very positive, and the sales process went smoothly. Shortly thereafter, AgPro had to come and make a repair because the third function wasn’t operating properly. Just a week ago, there was a hydraulic leak between joystick valve and 3rd function.
