I had some issue over the years. They have a good team now. General manager Jeff resolved issues made it right. Recently made repairs under warranty. Pickup drop off, quickly made repairs. They're parts department have been on it, helping out my wife when I couldn't make it. Service has worked thru my issues. Thanks Chris. Sam also was great in informing me getting the part I needed. I looked at an old Ford 4000 with loader at AgPro. I called and ask the price, $6500.00, nope too high. Months later I saw it on a auction site. No problems were listed. I bid on it, and won the bid. I went to pick it up, I live 2 miles from AgPro. They were working on it when I got there. I got it home and was removing the injection pump, I saw a water jacket leak behind the starter, it was patched with car body putty. So yes they are crooked, beware.

Great experience meeting the dealership today! Service squared away 5 of my commercial sthil chainsaws literally while I was getting plugged in with them and sales, they have some amazing inventory as well ! Definitely going to visit them often!
