Great folks behind the counter. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND REPAIR TIMES. Two techs working on a line of tractors and equipment a hundred yards long. Take care of your people and get the service bays staffed.
Amazing sales and after sales service staff. I have been a customer for the last 5 years and they have never disappointed me. Their field service person, Tyler, is very experienced and strives to keep customers happy, going above and beyond expectations. Barbara was very customer centric and awesome to work with. I'm not one to leave bad reviews because I feel that most business are trying to provide good customer services and things should be handled on an individual bases, but I absolutely don't feel that is the case with this business. I have been waiting for a promised phone call from the manager for 2 weeks to discuss my frustrations.
