Expensive, and no one wanted to help me. I was ignored, and I was ready to spend money there. Even when someone finally asked if they could help, he was NOT Helpful. Told me I would have to drive to their store in Athens to get what I was looking for. When I asked about a$350 product hanging on their wall, he said he didn't sell that and I would have to find someone else to help me. Will not return. How do I leave zero stars...all I asked is for a courtesy call day before picking power so I could leave gate open. They sent out tech twice and called me to tell me gate was closed. Very disappointed...but MasterPro was able to call day before and picked up mower. It's not rocket science! Ag-Pro has lost my business.
Good Experience
I have purchased several mowers from them. I have even serviced them there. Not one complaint. Until the day I decided I needed to order a tire and rim that was defective on one of the mowers. I placed the order over the phone only to go to the store to find out that it was not mounted and ready for pickup. I left it there and expressed my disappointment as that was what I had ordered. Great folks behind the counter. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND REPAIR TIMES. Two techs working on a line of tractors and equipment a hundred yards long. Take care of your people and get the service bays staffed.
