Do not bring your equipment here for service! I brought my chainsaw in for service since I did not have the time to fix it. After $300 in repairs (new clutch, housing and tune up), they said it was working and ready for pick up. I brought the saw home and it started up perfect, checked the brake and the chain break worked fine but would not disengage. Took the saw back to have them look at it and 8 days later with no feedback I called them and then they proceeded to tell me that the brake handle and oil pump needed replaced ... read more
