Run away as fast as you can! I have performed repetitive business with this company on my JD Z445 zero turn mower over the years. This week I sent it to the Lancaster, Ohio AgPro JD dealer. I told them it needed a carburetor. No calls… At the end of the week I had to call them to seek the issues. The technician had already started hanging parts and charging labor at ($150 hr) without calling me with an estimate and obtain my authorization.
